Can I exchange my item?

In the event the item you ordered is not the correct size, exchanges are possible as long as the item has not been used, has not been damaged by the customer and includes all its tags and packaging intact. Can I return my purchase?

• Your item must be unused, untagged and in the same condition that you received it;
• Ensure that your returned items are in the original Emaan Qirat branded packaging with all tags attached;
