The delivery times specified above are based on normal business conditions. Delays can be expected in logistics due to unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavour to keep you informed of any delays.

- All items are shipped using a tracked service which allows you to track the status of your order door to door.

Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Emaan Qirat. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are always here to help. In order to process a returned item, please ensure that:
- You notify Customer Services that you wish to return your purchase. Please include the reasons why you are returning and also if you wish to exchange or apply for a refund. Customer Services can be contacted on: [email protected], or on WhatsApp: 00447862230613.
- Please make sure you contact customer services within 3 calendar days from the date you receive your purchase and return the item within 5 calendar days from the date you received your purchase. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process your return after this period and you may incur further shipping cost if you want back an item you sent us after this period.
- Your returned item must be unused. All returns are quality inspected and if our expert team note evidence of use, the refund will not be processed and you may incur further shipping charges to have the item shipped back to you.
- Ensure that your returned items are in the undamaged original Emaan Qirat branded packaging with all tags attached. We will not accept returned items otherwise.
- Include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase along with your returned item.
- Customers need to ensure they declare their goods as ‘Returns’. Any fees charged as a result of not declaring as returns will be deducted from the refund amount. No deductions will be made if the items are marked clearly as ‘Return’.
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of your returning your item. This applies to courier arranged by us or if you use a courier of your choice. If you use a courier of your choice, please ensure that it the item can be tracked. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit and no return/exchange will be processed.
- You will also be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the replacement item.
- We strongly recommend you check our size charts before placing your order. Please contact customer services with any questions on: [email protected], or on WhatsApp: 00447862230613. Returning items due to wrong size can incur additional return and re-delivery charges.
Refunds Policy
We do not refund. We are happy to exchange your item for another of equal or higher value. This can be in the same design or another design. If the replacement design is more expensive you will need to pay the difference. You cannot exchange for a design with a lesser value to the one being returned (unless you wish to forgo the difference).
Exceptions to Exchange & Returns Policies
For the avoidance of doubt, we will not process a return under the following circumstances:
- The item has been used. Our Quality Control team will examine all returned items for signs of wear, soiling, damage. If any is noticed the return / exchange will not be processed and the customer will be liable for shipping charges to return the design back to them.
- Items purchased as samples for recreating or duplicating our designs. We acknowledge that our designs can be copied and are sometimes used as samples. However, we will not accept them back as we consider they have served the intended purpose for which they were purchased.
- Items purchased for resale outside an authorized reseller agreement. If you wish to resell our products kindly get in touch with our sales team at [email protected] or by WhatsApp on 00447862230613. Designs purchased outside a confirmed resale agreement cannot be returned if they do not sell.
- Special Discount / Offers / Sale Items. We do not exchange or refund items purchased on seasonal sales, special discounts/offers (in excess of 60% off original price).
